Cooling-off Period/Returns

There may be times when you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don’t like the product, or maybe there’s another reason why you’d rather not keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided the product is unused. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used milk mixers.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for the resulting loss in value. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Exchange a product?

Would you like to exchange your (unused) product? That’s no problem at all. Please contact in**@*******oe.nl. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

I gave the wrong delivery address!

Did you accidentally provide the wrong shipping address? If so, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to change the order for you.
